Gem Young had a fairly modern looking website, but it was from a “template” provider and the content and messaging of the website did not reflect the personal level of service the agency provides, or highlight the lines of business they specialize in.

The agency’s logo had not been updated in quite a while, and did not reflect the modern image the agency was striving to project.


We began by working with the agency principals to create a modern, elegant logo that would translate well in both print and web.

The website was built from scratch, with a color scheme that complimented the new logo and imagery that reflected the values and target markets of the agency.

Business cards, letterhead and envelopes were redesigned to incorporate the new logo. Social media sites were updated to reflect the new image and a content calendar was created to keep the posts and tweets current and relevant. We also designed an agency branded brochure to assist in their sales efforts and strengthen their brand.
