AgencyEvolved was founded in 2014 on a simple idea: insurance organizations deserve marketing support from someone who understands insurance.
We work with a deliberately limited number of independent agencies and wholesalers. That gives me the time to learn each client’s business, understand the market they serve, and personally handle the work rather than outsourcing it to someone who doesn’t.
From websites and messaging to social media, client emails, and ongoing content, everything is built around your agency. No templates disguised as strategy. No junior account manager learning your business after the sale.

Who You’ll Work With
James W. Moore
Jim has spent more than 40 years in the property and casualty insurance industry, working with insurance companies, independent agencies, wholesalers, and agency organizations.
His experience includes sales, marketing, information technology, underwriting, agency ownership, wholesale operations, and leading an insurance agency network. That background gives him an unusually broad view of how insurance organizations operate, compete, and communicate.
Jim founded AgencyEvolved to provide the consistent, professional marketing support many insurance organizations need but do not want to build internally. He personally leads every engagement and remains directly involved in the strategy, writing, design, and ongoing work.
He is also the founder and Editor-in-Chief of InsuranceIndustry.ai, an independent publication examining artificial intelligence, governance, and the changing insurance industry.
